Hey guys, thought would just share our Ironman 70.3 experience this year. This was the first time me and Lence did one together. It was a tough day for all racers, the weather was similar to Kona. These are just videos of our training coz unfortunately on race day both the video cam and still camera ran out of batteries. http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=cerrone152&view=playlistswe will probably do the same thing again this year. we will be documenting the epic battle between three pinoy brothers racing the Timberman 70.3 IM on August 23rd. Enjoy!!!!

Its interesting to see how races looks like up there and how you guys train on the road, running oval and indoor. Makes me imagine if i was there.
How I wish we have running tracks same as yours. One thing I like is that you can leave your bike without worrying.
You guys are doing very well as buddies and bros as well! Perhaps, it is just a matter of time, we'll see you guys on TV racing Kona, Hawaii!

it's pretty hard to train outdoors during the winter, so if we have an early season race we mostly have to train indoors which sucks and is boring I still prefer to train in Cebu coz the temp and terrain is so perfect to go outdoors. I miss the fact you can go open water swimming anytime of the year, and I miss the clear waters. The track in Abellana used to be pretty good, but I guess it hasn't been maintained well enough. Hopefully the government will fix the track since it's the most used sport facility in the country. How I wish we will be racing in Kona soon, but there is still a lot I mean a lot of work to be done first. We might see you guys there first before us

YES bai Anton, thats true we can leave our bikes w/out worries while running on the track as long as its in most of the NJ areas. But if your in NYC, forget it kay murag labaw pa guro Cebu ang kawat sa bike "hi-tech" kaayo mga kawatan. Try to check YouTube "how to steal bikes in NYC". Well, talking about racing in KONA, Im positive you guys would be there Very SOON to cross the finish line w PI flag. And for me, may not be able to race in KONA but for sure "to race another baby sa kona" he he he he mag-tabyog sa ako baby sa kona . . . . .

Ahhhh...that's Alvin's post diay. He thought he had a problem posting here using the Firefox browser I recently downloaded. So I had to try it for him.
We can't use the Explorer browser until all Explorer users are no longer threatened with privacy issues.
Have you guys stopped using explorer already? You should. Passwords are leaking and hackers are having access to online accounts.

I haven't used IE for about a year now, been using firefox or safari. I primarily use firefox and use IE, avant, and google chrome depending on what I feel. Speaking of passwords, I have some issues with password in our forum. I am asked twice to enter my password. I don't know if this happens to you guys. I tried to find a fix for this but it sounds like it will take time. This issue started when we moved our forum to this site. I expect to solve this during my holiday vacation.

My jaw was how do you call it, kanang mag sige og korog. 4-6 degrees C run sounds like a crazy time to run?

They have lots of time to train. I can relate abellana tracks to a bulldog skin. Hope they'll allot a budget for 2009. I don't have any updates on this but I read a topic of this issue at John Page's website. I recall reading your comment on his site. Cebu is a good training ground for ironman then. Nice! You guys save lots of money there and put up a business here so that you can focus on training in your hometown.
