diba there was an IM years ago here in PI? i know the Gonzaga brothers joined it.

nindot kay daghan ta! bitaw murag mas bugnaw next year IM kay its near Beijing man tingale. doing the half IM have eaten a lot of my time and im afraid if i'll do commit to IM China, double ang training ani. tanawon lang, wa pa man mu open ang registration nuon.

   Unless we do IM distance nga Inato'. Consistency lang man tingali na. We do it every year aron managhan na ang followers; to set PR sa IM distance, to top sa ilang age-group, or to finish the distance.

IM Distance triathlon annually diri sa Visayas 6 mos after the 70.3 Philippines. Timing kaayo na kay linaw kaayo ang dagat anang panahuna ug dili cge ulan...
