My first PD OD. Swim 1.5km, Bike 40km, Run 10 km.
Swim: 31:19 mm:ss - That's from start to finish (coastline), pero naay 300m run to T1.
T1: 2:53 mm:ss
Bike: 1:13:20 hh:mm:ss with T2 time - Hilly, rolling bike route. Laspag ko diri. makalagot.
Run: 53:57 mm:ss - Maintain pace.
Total Time: 2:41 hh:mm Undecided
