Not the best race of my life but I accomplished what I wanted to do. Top 3 in AG
Im certain that my nutrition last night & this morning played the biggest factor in it.

300m swim - 6:44:1
T1 - 0:49:2
12mi bike - 28:55:1
T2 - 0:40.6
5k run - 22:17:0
total 59:26:2

Male 25-29
3rd
Overall
9th

PS: got home from a wedding last night at 12:30am

300m swim 1:07++ mm:ss per 50m
12mi cycle = 19.2km 40kph++
5km run 22:00++ mm:ss

puno-o na kaayo ka bai. Cheesy magkayo ka sa CAMSUR ani. Cheesy

manag-an ko sa imong time sa camsur,
swim 1.9km = 43mins +- 3mins
bike 90km + relative humidity and scorching ground temp =  2:35hh:mm +- 3mins
run 21km  = 1:42hh:mm +- 7mins

total time 5:00hh:mm +- 15mins Cheesy Cheesy

im not expert pero ganahan lang ko manag-an sa total time. hehehe

bisaya lang mo. heheh

thanks guys. im disappointed in my run. held too much back for too long.
& the swim i was pacing like i do for a long course.

need to figure out which event is next on the schedule. may do my first half marathon in Cali.

I figured I can't let Camsur be my first.

Which of you guys did it last year?
