hmm.. mag buhat ta topic unsahon pag prevent heat stroke, sign and symptoms and prevention.

dapat kita mga athlete maka balo unsa pag contra heat stroke. :d delikado na dah...

daghan ba water station didto sa run route boyp? naa si sponge bob didto gipanghatag?

core temp dapat gyud ma maintain ani aron dili kulba.

start time was 4:10 am..on time raman tungod ngstretching pa ug route briefing! init rjod 2 na panahona..overflowing ang gatorade and water every KM pero sipyat rjod sa last 8k.. Grin
