Mao sad na isa sa mga idea ni coach b. Long ride to dumanjug.
Sa dumanjug naa say olympic size na swimming pool na mingaw kau.
We can also thing of something for dumanjug.
Probable place for mini tri event.

have the swim part sa pool just like what they do sa Alabang triathlon...this is good!

Why don't we schedule different activities throughout the week.  I understand not everyone can make it, it will just be whoever show's up show's up.   

This is just an Example:

Monday and Friday mornings - Pool Swimming

Tuesday Night - Group Run

Wed - Track Workout

Thursday Night - Group Run

Sat or Sunday - Open Water Swim or Long Rides

That's just my 2 cents... Hope that helps!!! Cool
