The first triathlon in Cebu was held in Plantation bay, Mactan Island back in September 1996.
This was organized by Amale Mendezona (race director) and Noy Jopson.
To Amale and Noy, a million thanks for introducing the sport to Cebu!

For those who did this event, i think many would love to see a glimpse of how it looked like. Please share your stories and photos if you have.
