Yo !   Cool People in d house !  Lets WELCOME the Tough athlete from Pasil, now in ALabama "triALdo". Just few hours ago we connected through phone & at last he got on board in our Community. Many of us know this man especially Anton/Chono , so lets ROCK for another bro. in the house Yo ! Cheesy

    thanks bai.its good for the triathletes to log in this site so they will know whats goin on in the tri scene in cebu and for us here nga layo kau intawon at least maka tabang sad sa pag ka homesick diri.winter is here na diri sa amoa. tugnaw na sugod??? Huh ???thanks also to alvin abz for telling me about this site,ka nice i join sa inyo party oi..
