corek! • standard: 1.5km swim - 40km bike - 10km run • sprint: 750swim - 20km bike - 5km run however depending on the organizer, distance may be the same as NAGT which is 1km swim - 30km bike - 7.5km run hopefully maka recover nako sa knee injury ani na time para mo run ta.. dili mag walk...  olympic distance ning standard? 1.5-40-10?? ang sprint kay 0.75-20-5??
