paging sa kadtong mga kusgan sa BIKE and RUN... apil mo ani aron daghan participants sa cebu. kaya ra kaayo nang 1K swim. 300m more or less in total pede ra i walk sa loop kung sa lagoon man lang gani ang swim. Kaya ra kaayo na! kadtong bag-o pa pud sa triathlon or kadtong ganahan maka sulay sa triathlon, apil na mo walay duha2x.

mao ba, dli mansad kaau cgoro na lawm ang lagoon sa? count me in sa mga beginners/1st time sulay triathlon. naka try nako 1.5k total sa abellana pero hungong2 lagi to, mamidpid langko sa lagoon para kung kapoyon naay kakoptan
