asa naman tong mga active members? wala na man to cla nag saba2x.

suggest unta ko nga naay gyud unta group rides and group trainings para hugot ang group. Diri sa lugar nga asa ko karon. consistent kaau cla nga 5AM mag start ang ride. Kami kay 17km away sa meeting point mag mata aroun 3:30AM-3:345AM daily then ride. Then by 6:30 abot na mi gikan ride kay ang mga cyclist manarbaho pa. Cheesy

just a suggestion, why not apil nalang ta sa ungo runners. Hinoon gabii man sab ila runs.

ma kuwangan ka bai chon kay 5-8k ra nya easy pace pa gud Grin  Grin, kung moapil ka ingnon na2 daan si max pra ikaw mo speech before sa run para ma promote sad ang triathlon sa cebu.

This is what I was also thinking this morning kay rather than mag organize pa ta run diri, kuyog nalang ta sa ungo runners.  Naa na daghan members ang ungo so we save the effort in promoting or organizing the runs.  Sakay nalang ta sa wave.

I strongly believe na daghan ma interested pud join sa tri, bisan magsugod lang usa sa relay. Asa ra man diay na padulong ang tanan, di ba Smiley

Naa na pud LSD ang ungo runners and tomorrow will be their second which is a 22k run to Costabella Resort.  Imagine if naa sugbutri members ani then we can also do some group swims didto.  Who knows daghan mga ungo runners ma enganyo sa swimming so another plus na pud na sa tri.

nindot kaau ang inyong mga ideas. but maglisud gyud ko aning gabii nga run kay graveyard shift akong duty
pero ok ra ko ug LSD during weekends (sunday). anyway, praktis lang ko at my own time nya jion ko sa LSD at weekend kung naay sched.. hapit na sad baya marathon... nya plus kung madayon to ultra karong december... cge na atong sugdan ang atong LSD... heheheh

-ok raman tingali mangapil ta sa ilang LSD labi na 20km++ pataas.
-ok ra pud mangapil ta sa Ungo runners on their weekly night run. Socializing and networking ta nila.
-pero kung tri specific ang run training or ni follow sa periodization (specific per triathlete) then mas maau mag lahi lang ta sa ilang weekly run.

bottom line, depende sa (triathletes) current periodization status in relation to triathlon training. If we treat weekly runs with the Ungo runners as adding milage sa atong weekly load out then ok ra (depende sa imong intensity relative sa distance nga 7km more or less)

Pero mas maau man tingali kani nga weekly run kay sa buntag buhaton. Most triathlon, sa run leg around 9AM na ka mag run. 10km to 21km nga distance. So middle distance ni with humidity and ground temp maka hatag close to real race scenario. Depende pud and theme sa dagan kung with new comers and would be triathletes or ang mga idols lang ang managan.

Dili man ko kabalo mag speech, ka ulaw ana. Apil apil lang ko dagan gud.
Okra nang 5-8k vard. Medyo dili lang kaayo ko ka apil kay medyo late sa gabii ang run pero one of these days, will join.

Naa untay bandido category ang mga running events as long bring your own hydration? Pa siritan ang bandido og water gun kung mangayo og tubig. Wala lang, idea lang gud para naay laing option para weekend group runs.

I heard there was a race in US nga naay bandido group allowed behind the racers. Not sure how true

i usually start at jollibee, hiway, around 5-5:15am. AS-fortuna -talamban -cabancalan -gaisano -cansaga bridge -new bridge -old bridge then go back to hiway thru AC cortes (upload unta nko image from google earth but full nman daw ang folder)

did 20k run with roger this morning kay lugo ugma with the CC boys. next week kay road race danao-bogo-danao...sakit sab ni labo na balik kay subida pa unya laspag na sab.

next sat kay long run lang gihapon before sunday's road race.
