once,
it was just his dream.
and he woke up, to find that it really was his dream.
and he liked the dream.
so he thought, "i'd like to turn that dream into reality!"
now, sugbutri and the rest of the world join me as i follow his steps to Cobra Ironman!
make way for Alain "no pain" Sanchez!



road run yesterday, march 16, 2010, round mactan, at 2pm....





2k open water swim at shangrila mactan beach today march 16, 2010 @ 3pm

because he does know what pain is.
even in pain he still trains like hell.
not even a patch of salonpas will stop my idol from training hard!

same route as what Leo Oracion didt during his after duty time at shang. around 3pm nag bike or swim or run na cya.

go go go alain! nice ayo na ang mactan trainingan. advantage na nimo bai! go for it!

this afternoon, i'll be behind my idol alain watching him do a brick training this afternoon at 2pm-5pm, swim-bike.... Grin Cheesy Wink Smiley

followed my idol today as i promised,
he swam a bit at the beach, only to stop due to big waves,
transferred at the infinity pool, did a few laps....

after that, i followed him on my machine as we rode 1 whole round of mactan island.....

he stopped once for a water break..


back to serious riding...

my idol's load today,
open water swim, then
easy run from shangrila to mercado opon, about 10kms.
then easy loosening bike ride going home....
