How about our target date on Nov 27/28 since 29(monday) is Bonifacio day. The holiday is so timing because it is also robotics day.

sige options options options.... ato timbang timbangon
since plano plano pa, maayo ni kay daghan mapili-an

I assume this event is "inato"

If 3-150-30 distance
• participants more or less 5
• probably takes 11hours to finish
• start time probably at 5AM and finish before 6 or 7PM
• some might prefer to stay overnight for 2 nights at the venue or just near it
• after finishing, robotics mode (most likely)
• Supply your own water and nutrition

If we add triathlon-your-own distance
• more participants
• no need to stay overnight
• can start at 8AM and finish early
• supply your own water and nutrition

CONCERNS:
• We also need a place to stay overnight that is affordable
• Route map
• Road & traffic condition
• A place where we can secure our things
• Safety

TARGET DATE:
November 27/28, 2010

What are the accommodations available that are near or at the proposed venues?

• Catmon (yan2x's place):
  -
  -
  -

• Argao (event venue to be identified):
  -
  -
  -

• Alegria (Batong Malunhaw beach resort):
  - available accommodation at batong malunhaw
  -
  -

Please feel free to fill-in the blanks... very much appreciated

mag set lang tag earlier date for triathlon-your-own distance and we should make a different topic/thread for this.
May or June is probably ok kay wala pay naka sked na triathlon or for the camsur bound pips, what month do you like?

let's set nov.27/28 for 3-150-30

Sa tri-your-own pede 70.3 ang max ani?

Sprint Distance
Over Distance (Olympic) and
Half Ironman

So May or June? in time prep para Cam Sur ang Tri-your-Own event.

Then the actual CamSur event kay prep para sa Long Distance karon November? Im sure daghan na mangapil sa Long Distance kay ganado pa na ang mga tao.. CamSur fever naa pa.

/just my two cents

Holiday on June 14 so perhaps June 12 or 13 is a good target date for Tri your own distance.
Calling on Yan2x... pidi ra sa inyo ang venue bro?
