The race is long, and in the end, its only with yourself.

Let us support our first Long distance triathlon.

Swim-Bike-Run/Walk
Three kilometers swim.
One hundred fifty kilometers bike.
Thirty kilometers run/walk.

DATE: April 2011
VENUE: Panglao Island, Bohol Philippines

More details to come...

Quote
sige options options options.... ato timbang timbangon
since plano plano pa, maayo ni kay daghan mapili-an

I assume this event is "inato"

If 3-150-30 distance
• participants more or less 5
• probably takes 11hours to finish
• start time probably at 5AM and finish before 6 or 7PM
• some might prefer to stay overnight for 2 nights at the venue or just near it
• after finishing, robotics mode (most likely)
• Supply your own water and nutrition

If we add triathlon-your-own distance
• more participants
• no need to stay overnight
• can start at 8AM and finish early
• supply your own water and nutrition

CONCERNS:
• We also need a place to stay overnight that is affordable
• Route map
• Road & traffic condition
• A place where we can secure our things
• Safety

Coming Soon

April 2011

im sure karon 2010 Camsur kay daghan na kaayo mga 70.3 finsher ang sugbu tri peps... atong mecca as triathletes is to finish the full IM. Best suited and relatively cheap sa atoa nga IM is the Langkawi Ironman. Barato ra ang registration, barato ra ang hotel, food and air travel. Kung daghan ta mangadto... makabarato gyud ta.
IM Langkawi kay every Feb. This year is karon Feb 27, 2010.

for me, if maayo alng ang dagan sa panahon, Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes after camsur kay maka 3-150-30 na ta before sa Dec or Jan marathon. Early bird sa langkawi registration kay karon May (not sure pa ko if true ang month).

bottomline, sulayan lang usa ang signature distance nato.. feel nato ang sakit ug asa ta dapit malaspag ug aron ma benchmark nato ang distance sa full IM.
