RUN  . ..... ..  8 loops in track Oval (3min, 40sec/loop), temp. 40 F, wind Velocity 17-20 mi/hr .. ggrRrrrr...

BIKE . ......  20 min.mtb goin home + 30 min on bike trainer (imagining ga bike sa SRP ga iro-bar   Shocked

SWIM ...... (mi CRY baby)... so,, ga wt. training sa "Arm-Pull" =
               = = approx. 1 hr. alternating 5min R/L arm  Kiss
               = = =  Lips sealed  15 lbs. kugos/kargador bata

What we did last saturday at Amarra. Tri simulation organized by TAGGHAP Tri Club.
I did not bike. I only Swim-Run-Eat. Hehe.

cge nako search2x asa mag bike pero lahi man ako ma search oi.. dili daw bike friendly ang Singapore..

naa man ko sa Southwest mo puyo duol sa AYE. Normanton Park..


pero straight ra hinuon ang dalan padulong sa Upper Thomson road og Mandai Avenue...
