today karon pa tawon ko ka balik ug swim wd my old buddies at pahayahay...

naka hurot mi ug 1 case of red horse + chooks to go sumsuman.. thanks guys,

i would love to do it again, hehe..gkasab-an ko sa misis ron oi, nanimahu kg chicos. hahah

unsay chamba? kani si santelmo kay na crash pa dayon liko sa loboc river unya ni tiwas pa gyud 4th place! for sure kung wa ma crash, mag kabuang ang tanan ug kupot sa climb ngadto sa man made forest.

i hope imo swimming ni improve na kay mao ra gyud ang rason nga ma biyaan ka. if you can swim faster this time, nindot gyud imo placing ani! while kami nga mga hinay, pang finish lang ni amo Wink

elmo....just stick on to your game plan....ayaw gyud ihurot sa bike....ari na sa run banat....naa man ka target nga time e divide na sa tulo....we know nga swim imo kinahinayan so pag target ug time sa swim according sa imo pace nga insakto lng....dayon ang imo deficit sa swim bawin nimo sa imo bike ug run.....maintain lng ka sa bike to have enough energy sa run....nig run anha na dha ka mubanat nga bahala nag makuyapan sa finish......

mga idol, dala lang mo thumb tux aron labaw didto sa dalan tapos bike.. nya panit saging sa run aron ma slide cla. hehehe

klaro na solud si elmo.. samtang adunay gi ubanan si rap... iyang ka pacing pohon. Cheesy hehehe... hinay na time ni rap.. mga 5:15 kay naa cya gi eskortan. nyahahahaha...

pohon maka apil na ko sa CAMSUR. basin next year pag sugot akong komanding opiser.
