@ RAP. taas na ka load ha.. pang 70.3 na gyud na.. dili na gyud mapugngan.
@ Andy. sakit man anang routaha maski sa mt bike kani-adto. last nako routa dira pag 97' hihihi...
ug kadtong naa tarCraft2 dira.. kugn dili ka manghatag maski beta pa na.. pagbantay lang dira sa inyo ha.. tugpahan ta ka terran baracks dira, scv, and bunker sa likod sa imong minerals.

core exercise. blood and muscle control. - ate burgers, fries, xlarge iced tea, squid, lumpia, sausages, braised pork, rice, water.

recce ride for 20 mins.

now, about to run 4 rounds around the block.
