woke up late this morning. so climb nalang to willys together with the previous owner of my bike. just an easy climb maintaining 8-11kph along the way.

ambot kung pila ka kms to ako ride pag sunday.... wa na nako ma subay tanan...

anyway, ga 36kms recovery ride ko gahapon...

core strength training, squats and secret ang uban. hahahaha! Smiley

did time trial'ing pag sunday going to mandaue city.... 56mins. Smiley

today? swimming with don bunot.

Run to the clouds 3k pre.walk and 300m swim clinic with coach b..plus recovery meal with ma'am foodie's sandwich, sr pedro lechon manok ang bakaro's suka! Grin
