woke up late this morning. so climb nalang to willys together with the previous owner of my bike. just an easy climb maintaining 8-11kph along the way.

ambot kung pila ka kms to ako ride pag sunday.... wa na nako ma subay tanan... anyway, ga 36kms recovery ride ko gahapon... core strength training, squats and secret ang uban. hahahaha!  did time trial'ing pag sunday going to mandaue city.... 56mins.  today? swimming with don bunot.
