Monday -5.5K super easy run (Banawa - Ayala)

Tuesday - 1000 meters swim (Abellana)

Wednesday - 7K super easy run (Banawa - Ayala)

Friday - 1000 meters swim (Abellana) and 5-7K super easy run with Ungo runners at 10PM
