miuban ko ug run sa mga ungo runners kagabii mga 10pm, around 25 runners ang miuban from sunstar cebu to it park, giuwan mi from fuente circle pa lang, basa na au pag abot sa it, around 5.7k ang distance, slow run lang.

recovery run 15 mins... wala na dayon akong bike ahak.. wala ko kamata...

plan to train for marathon... peak karon Dec-Jan sa marathon...
