Dli pede! Dapat Tanan super heroes apil! Smiley hehe.. murag cancer ba. Stages.

Stage 1 = Sprint Triathlon. 750m Swim, 20Km Bike, 5Km Run
Stage 2 = Olympic Distance Triathlon. 1.5Km Swim, 40Km Bike, 10Km Run
Stage 3 = Half Ironman Triathlon. 1.9Km Swim, 90Km Bike, 21Km Run
Stage 4 = Full Ironman Triathlon. 3.8Km Swim, 180Km Bike, 42Km Run.

Unsay proposed route? Maybe within the city lang ato transition area. HGS lang siguro.

Para mas taas gamay og preparation March 7 nalang if maayo para sa kadaghanan. Nya para mas daghan mang apil, we can doh it at another venue since dili man HGS ang oban

Blu di ba naa man kay gi propose na route before?

Bike to Danao, lapas gamay sa danao kadtong naay Sugar Mill didto dapit mag 45Km from Tonggo Beach
Run ngadto unahan sa Hilton Hotel. Didto ang turning point sa run.

kani kay paig gyud ta ani... init ayo ni ba.
