Pede ra man ta sa HGS ang Transition.... pero lapas ta gamay ani sa Sugar Mill Danao.. mahimo gyud ni 100K bike ba, pwamise. ^_^ nya run ta sa CemPark? Ang name diay sa Group kay Weak-end Warriors. Na forged na pag ride ngadto Naga-Uling-Manipis nga routa. Murag initiation rites ba... Pero full pledge kung Cebu-Manipis-Naga-Cebu man tingali nga routa?! hehehe...

Sige! Kinsa may mangapil ani? - triblues - chono - valcaro (swim-bike) okay ra? just incase kita ra duha blu, mag transition lang ta sa HGS @ Chono, naa ko route na plot last time.. Murag swim from tonggo to Plantation three times. Bike to Danao, lapas gamay sa danao kadtong naay Sugar Mill didto dapit mag 45Km from Tonggo Beach Run ngadto unahan sa Hilton Hotel. Didto ang turning point sa run.
kani kay paig gyud ta ani... init ayo ni ba.
