Guys, looking for someone to run with...specially athletes who are planning of doing the Philippine Ironman or who are near this area. I will run at Cempark which has been the training ground of Tri-Locos and other triathlon teams since 1996 every Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri at 5PM(well that's the plan). Cemented 2K loop, no traffic and the place is perfect for running.

Nope the place is not scary and it doesn't give negative energy as some people believe!  Shocked

way blema, anybody can run there. yes mao ning cemetery near country mall. this is a very good venue if you guys want to run on your own specially kay loop ra ni. you can also time your 2K runs there. puyde long run, mag fartlek or tempo but i wont recommend intervals kay as i said cement man gud and dalan. you can easily injure your legs here but there are some grassy part at the rear area where you can still do short intervals...lets just hope the owners of those lots are still very healthy otherwise, its another block on the garden. As to the bike blue, murag wa may kabilinan, actually you can but i wont recommend it also. better you dont bring your bike.

rap join ka IM, pag register na uy unya train ta dungan! murag ako pa man tingale ni register, waiting for the others to confirm. anyway kita kita lang ta didto. i wont run tomorrow kay i ran na today unya plano sab mi tuper run 10K there on wednesday. maayo nang daghan ta mag tuyok tuyok didto...kung dunay mu makit-an nga mag dagan unya wa mag tugdon ang ti-il, then its time to do intervals! kung kinsa to mu run later sa cempark, kita kita lang ta. for first timer mu run cempark, always turn right after the 3rd rotunda, that will take you to the 2k loop.
