george... train ta ani 5mins per k lang gud.  mag deficit man jud ta ana....mahuman ta mga 5hrs. nyahaha! mga 3hrs 36mins cguro...  hehehehe..i think doable man cgro ni pra nako considering the 7mos to prepare para maka-kupot ani nga pace idol. how about sugdan nato sa abellana? try tag mga 1.5-2hours on 5mins per K. awon nako kung asa kutob akong stamina when maintaining this speed.  payter! set ta schedule...

Ask lang ko mga idol.. How about ang relay team sa 70.3 IM sa Camsur? Pila ang registration fee? Para tunga nalang bayad sa registration bah.  Magsabot ta mga sugbutri pepz kinsa willing mo swim or bike or run. Pwede raman cguro ko swim or run. Magpa train sa ko ni idol rap!hehe
