mao nang ironman distance...Chris Legh also suffered the same fate. At about 300M to go and running 3rd, his body gave up and he waggled and collapsed. He had to undergo surgery soon after. the marathon is just 1/3 of the game...hope we can all do an ironman once in our life time. maybe CamSur will become a full ironman in a few years. kana kay grabe na gyud na sakit sa tibuok lawas. naa man to ironman distance once diri sa manila. i know some from the visayas has joined but all i can remember is Ian Gonzaga.
kung pag homan sa marathon mag robotics, unsa na lang kaha ni?

mao maona suwayan sa ninyo ang half ironman distance aron sab lain sab nga sakit ang ma tilawan ninyo. if you don't know how to hammer on the bike, you might start your 21K run almost empty! pero i dont think you need a long "VISA" for this distance.

pace youself lng gyud para di mu hit sa "wall"....with proper training we can all do it.....i did my first half ironman in matabungkay and was able to party pa...i remember c chris ra gyud ato nga grupo maoy natulog after...kami tanan naka enjoy pa sa post race party
