nakabalita ko ani nga email kay ni circulate dayon ni sa mga SAP consultant. Tragic kaayo kay dli lang ma tag-an dayon ang mahitabo. bisag active atong lifestyle pero kulang ta rest and recovery.. taas atong BP ana, candidato ghapon highblood.

mao sab na akong gi consider. akong work kay madala man gud nako sa balay. 11PM or 12 or 1AM ko matulog. mata ko 5-6AM. Training daily between 7-10 PM @ HGS or elsewjhere, then 5-6AM mag stretching and the like. makes me think nga usabon na lang akong sleeping habit. hehehe.. Rest is the key. Enough sleep and  recovery.

ok ra to sleep during the day, basta 8-9 hrs. lang gyud esp. if ur an athlete. i've done this before. call center ko before, but i still managed to get rest. actually did 10 triathlon races back in '06 plus a lot more cycling races, even though i always work at night. eat right plus get enough rest lang gyud.

8-9 hrs of sleep???ahhhh.... lisora ana kung hayag na matoog..basta ok ra putol putol e.sum up nalng tanang hrs...

but mas nindot mn gud imo prformance bsta sak2 ug 2log bai, suwayi ug taas ka ug 2log nya dagan, less fatigue.
