@ Joseph, Lain nga girl will do.. daghan na cla kaayo dira... pili lang ka. naa ra na cla.. maski unsa imong buhaton, asa ka mabutang.. unsa imong hilig.. naa ra gyud na cla dira.. naa ra na nimo kung imo na tagdon or dili. naa ra na cla... ^_^ Body building? bai.. imong build sa lawas ideal for triathlon... ngano mag beef up man ka. ^_^ sayang lang imong barog. hehe..
last '99, 1st year college ko at USJR, i was held up, i was too skinny at 5'6" and only 100 lbs. so i decided to do bodybuilding. in 2years i peaked at 125lbs. before i started tb, adventure racing, 7 triathlon. i'm beefing up again by january, adto ko HGS, naa man didto c revie, ang nagpadako nako sa perfect body club before. hehehe

hehehe... but a muscled man will be to stiff to swim run & bike, hehehehe muscle man is just a mucsle man... fast twitch ra na cla.. sa triathlon slow twitch majority sa atong magamit mga muscle and endurance based so power "dili" gyud kaayo kailangan in the long run... power is needed pero dili gyud ang priority. ^_^ bottomline.. naa ra na nimo unsa imong buhaton sa imong lawas... dili man kailangan padako lawas if self defense kailangan.. try martial arts, then cross train into triathlon. if ganahan ka carnage.. lets do powder bail. shooting ta panagsa. adto ta sa range. /just my two cents.
