looking for the workout thread... anyways diri lang sa
Finally did my first bike out yesterday and run workout this morning. Feels so good! Its been a while... no work out since Timex 226 Bohol Triathlon, Dec 3. Back to "training training" lang mode. Gained weight and stomach form. Gotta train na gyod! Cebu 2012 Triathlon season starts on Feb 5, Summit Tri in Siquijor.

Was going to bike to busay this morning but my friend and i decided not to since it was raining. Road is still wet. I guess i'll just run for an hour, easy. Will have to start training na for Tabuelan111 and 70.3 Cebu. Haven't been serious lately with training but starting next weekend i hope to be. Hahaha kraming mode? Anyway slowly but surely lang will do for me. Have a safe training everyone!
