okay! murag ni back fire akong training for Marathon.. nanambok man ko sa sched nga every other day ang run! Cut-off akong swim and Bike. running ra gyud! bati-an ko sa training... silent sigh.
Ibalik nako ang two sports per day. Run every day. then bike and swim alternate on week days and progressive Long rides/run/swim on week ends.
swim: focus on form. prep for 4K swim bike: spinning using big ring at least 90 rpm, at least 30 kph. paanad sa paa. run: using Chi running principle.
currently naa pa ko sa Prep/Base first Macrocycle.
sigh
