about to sleep in preparation for a 130km ride tomorrow. safety first. group ride, safety in numbers.

I'm thinking of not doing any workout for a week or two until my ear problem goes away.
Nice suicide nasad... in time for DCSC Multisports weekend triathlon!

I tried to do a workout just recently and things were not getting any better

@Chono, pa check na kana sa Ear specialists. basin infected na. T_T

yesterday: 130km comfortable ride. 30-34 average. burst to 40 pag naay kugihan mag una.

today: active recovery walk. one hour. wagtang lagi kakapoy.

Race officially starts at 7:30 PM.
