@chono. Yes i am planning to join.. Feb pa man ang last sa registration. SGD375.00
  for training.. easy swim ko for 1K with 600-800 WU, drills drills drills and form form form...
  as for running... easy run ko for 45-60mins sa oval...
  All about base base base. I dont know what to do next sa akong Build 1 and 2 phase w/c is karon Jan and feb. Kay inag balik nako Cebu samok kaayo work maka guba sa training ug pirmi ko kulang tulog.

unsa imong load for 70.3 Base ug sa build?

bug-at au akong lawas, daghan dead weight gapilit sa akong kalawasan hehehe...

La man koy training program gi sunod nya mora chapter 2 or 3 raman siguro ko kutob sa Triathlon by Bible ni Joe Friel. Hehehe. By feel raman to ako training blu kay ako time is very very variable. You know fatherhood, work, other matters, nya naa paning sugbutri and race organizing. Ang ako lang kay race by feel, dili magpalabi basta maka finish.

ok noted. cge maski pahinay2x lang ko base lang usa. then by Nov ko mag Base 1, Dec ko mag base 2 the sa Jan and Feb for build 1 and build 2. hehehe... apil  ta  Ton, March 21, 2010.... uban ta stay diri.. saman?!

cebu pac 8-12T + airport tax 500 + travel tax 1.620T = 14,120
Registration 375SGD X 33php (more or less) = 12,375
depende sa No. of days nga mu stay. budget per meal minimum per day = 10SGD-15SGD or 300-500Php per day X 5 days  = 2,500
  or mamalit ta sa market hten magluto ta veggies and fish et als. Tongue
 Total Basic expense kay 28995Php for a 5 days stay.*depende sa ticket price ug sa exchange rate
wla pa na labot sa imong allowance kung mangumpra ka bike parts or tri stuffs.

Naa man tay sundon na oras sa waive start nya i-assign naman ka ana. Just be there sa imo assigned time but if you like to watch lang okra sad. Volunteer nalang blu!

So far dili pa 100% ang Jan.25 over distance tri. Mag holat lang ta sir boying
