the highlights of this year was the almost 3.6k swim..mura na ug 104.6 ironman!! top pjod ang team emily sa swim leg..lets watch them out nx 3.15.3 sa danao!! ahahaha

la routa 2010 will be a lot bigger next year!! celebrating on its 10th edition..they will have a 3day multi.day race..more or less like carrera habagat..ahahaha! bring it on!!

kasakit man to na race!! =D but well worth it! lingaw kaayo na dula.
training na for next year! =D mbot kung makaya ba.
pinaka-payter ang swim leg. kapoy na kaayo but swim lang gihapon w/out paddle and fins. ug walay ayo ang timpla sa tubig sa tacloban. ingna ang mayor ninyo boyp na na-sobraan ug asin ang dagat ninyo. mkasuka sad ta sa kaparat.
thanx to all who wished us luck! =D esp thanx to BP for the all-out support! wohoo!!!
but most of all, pasalamat jud mi to the almighty overseer!! woohhooo!
we weren't expecting to bring home a prize but luck was really a factor for us and HE gave us all the luck!
