Running Clinic Part 2

After the first seminar entitled “Preparing For Your First Marathon” (which had over 150 people in attendance), now comes Part 2 of the Running Clinic organized by the Cebu Executive Runners Club (CERC).

Ironman Filipino champion Noy Jopson will lead the speakers as he talks about the topic, “Why I Love Running.” Then there’s Noy’s fellow triathlete, Chris Aldeguer, a competitor of the Las Vegas and Hong Kong marathons, who will share his running tips and experiences. Next, renowned coach and race organizer, Raffy Uytiepo, will talk about The Do’s and Don’ts of Running. Finally, top rehab doctor, Renald Ramiro, will speak on “Injury Prevention.”

This running seminar, part of the series of preparations for the Cebu City Marathon scheduled on Jan. 10, 2010, will be held at the Parklane Intl. Hotel this Saturday, Oct. 10, from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m.
