Oct.10 karong sabado sa gabii na ang Ironman World Championships! Last year naa to sila streaming video live from their website http://www.ironman.com. Mora same sad siguro for this year. Very inspiring to see people crossing the finish line! Fred Uytengsu is also in this race. All the best to Fred! Go go go you are an ironman!

its a toss up. but Crowe reportedly was doing 500mile bike rides in a week while in altitude training at Boulder,CO. and also in that same week it was rumored that in a day he did a 115mile ride then after went to the track and did 12x1mile repeats with less than a minute rest in between repeats. he clocked in 6min for the first mile and 5:30min for the number 12. thats sick! and also not to mention his regular motor bike pacing of 2hrs at 50-60km/hr pace OMG! Grin

i do want Macca to win again tho but i also like Crowe, either way ill be cheering for d Aussies and the Kiwi young T-Bozz!
