sakit akong natilawan aning 70.3

Lingaw ko sa swim.. grabe... naduklan ko, nakadukol ko, nakasikad ko, nasikaran ko. ako lang gi ampo nga dili ko masikaran sa crotch area. grabe ang first 100 meters.. super sprint ang mga tao... naa koy gisundan nga swimmer.. nice na unta ang pace nya ni kalit lang ug breast stroke! igo akong right chest, maayo gani wala ko nasikaran sa face. sayang akong beauty. hehhehe.. after first 400meters, anam2x na ka relatively mingaw ang swim... pero naa gihapon swimmer kay daghan pa man imong ma-labyan since two loops man. So kadtong sa previous age-group imo pa ma abtan. gamit kaayo ang heads-up swim and navigational skill sa open-water... organizers nag ingon nga 1.5m ang visibility sa water.. pero pag naa na ka didto... arms length dili na nimo makita imong fingers! ingon ana ka lubog!

Nice ang ride. mark ko 38 kung mag aero sa overpass/express way and 40-44 kung makasuyop and 76kph max sa flyover! matagak lang ko inag climb sa overpass. 8 climbs per loop X 3! so total 24 climbs. naa 1Km climb, and naa less than 200 meters climb. Nag big ring ko, 4th from 25-tooth cogs akong gamit.. maintain ko atleast 90rpm pero drop ko sa 90 pag climb na... then balik to 90rpm pra lang gyud dili malaspag sa run...

after sa spinning sa bike para prep sa run.. ok na akong legs for easy jog-walk and then easy jog all the way....kaso, abi gyud nako stomach cramps.

lessons learned. if mag long distance triathlon man lang gani (70.3)...
1)training sa swim as if mag open water 3.8Km.
2)bike as if mag 180km bike race
3)and mag train sa run as if mag join sa marathon!
 4) Then focus sa brick nga bike-run. build up ang milage sa run. Real race sa triathlon starts sa run leg.
