I am not a fan of barefoot running but i think it make sense. Read it with an open mind!

check this out guys... kaisa pako kita ani nagsul-ob na sapatos diri sa pinas.  hulat ko maabot ni sa atoa, mayta hapit na kay lisod daw ang fitting ani, dapat accurate daw.  very nice for barefoot and inspiring barefoot running enthusiast.

maybe toe socks mura sad ug gloves.

Love the idea for running, but I would not trade my Newtons for this one yet.   I will probably use it as a water shoe  Wink

newton is more of a training shoe..cguro para sa mga newbie runner..pro payts na guro and old shoe nmu chono kay dali ra kuno mahilis ang swelas..thats according to the reviews..pro kool ghapun kung ka.afford ka!! ahehehe Grin

boy p newton is also for racing.
craig alexander won 2008 Kona Ironman on Newtons Cheesy
i also noticed a lot of triathletes using newtons on 70.3 races

Your weapon should NOT be the shoes! rather you should strive to perfect your running form and you will avoid injuries.... 
Regarding footwear, find shoes that properly fit.   I like lightweight shoes because they promote to engage forefoot/midfoot running.
