yeah yeah..among the best run ((plenty of freebee's and fuds)) i have were:
the great lapu run: busug ug free foods from different booth of the hotels
the first midnigt run: buffet dinner/breakfast at the city sports complex with matching ice cream
the first queen city run: plenty of ice cream, bananas, cokes, etc!! big prizes..50k i think
USC run 07..plenty of dunkin, omega with massage and others!!
bsta ingun ani lang ang mga fuds sa run..payts lang..bawi lang reg fee!! hehehehe

yes ati adz..this sunday na!! 10k..i dont know kung naay lain na distance..reg fee is 150 at abellana..run will be held at canduman, mandaue..layo2x pud ni dah..kailangan mata ko ug sayo!  |

i dont xur sa tym sa ila reg booth bsta naa cguro na cla afternoons mga 5-7..
race maps wil b provided dw pro wala me tagai kay nhutdan..pro starting line wil b located along the highway going to ABS..ngutana nlang ani sa driver asa ang 'upper canduman'
kung sa lions run nahimung LA lakers ang snglet, cguro karun mura ug charlotte hornets, aqua marine and yellow..
unsa kaha'y sunud?
