The sugbu tri shirt looks great on the road.  Mura sad syag ID.  I got to identify and introduce myself to sugbu tri forum friends because of the shirt.  So funny, shake hands and ila-ila while running!  Congratulations to all who ran the GLLR and survived the killer tricycle and multicabs!   Grin

gerrie is getting faster, the runner sharing the podium with him is an ex-pro RP team member. he is the running coach of the chiongbians and used to coach Abet before the nationals.

we decided not to go kay it was raining here in the mountains. wife wasn't able to run and i wasn't able to bike. next sunday long ride ko KM47...kinsa uban, text lang. Nice to see a flower among the thorns  Grin

great run indeed mainly because of the crowd support with drum sets every 3k and at least 10 people are holding plastic cups when u approach water stations. duha ra jud ako makuha. hehe  found out they also have a prize for the best water station and the best drum corps. students also line the the race course and wave flags. mawa pud ang laspag gamay Cool

Thanks Boy Praning.  You were so shy.  I actually lambasted the GLLR in my blog because many 6K and 3K runners had really bad experiences.  Bati man gud ila gipili na ruta for the shortdistances.  But in fairness, the 20K part was really great.
