thanks bai RJ ibug kaayo sila sa tri suit. long ride was 48 miles out and back, pretty flat course. it was fun but would have been better if more than one. my training partners have given out on me hehehe. everybody is busy(i don't blame them) at work but i have to squeeze time for training in between. suya ko ninyo you guys can go out for any of those discipline with a partner and just be very productive. thanks for the comment. good luck sa whiterock!!!

@ nyor- bay i told our buddies jet b. and nilo s. dre sa US unsa ka kusgan, na inspired mi bay to see you and the rest of the sugbutriathletes cross at the finish line. A 70.3 at home is very special, something i consider participating in the future. Apil ka whiterock? I've rj is doing it.
@joecax- yes it was jens voigt who had a bad crash sa tdf, he looked alright can't tell the scars he left behind that face plant tdf  at stage 16.
