I just signed in for a 5K run which is organized by the STC alumni. my running shoes haven't tasted the road for weeks and i have found another use for my bike...as a t-shirt hanger. Why? well, i just injured my back for doing something difficult plus a lot of other things that's making my hands full. So i haven't done much training lately. Anyway going back to the STC run, i know all of you wants to know the date and i think it falls on the same day as the NAGT, too bad!

I'm going to pass the NAGT since i haven't trained for it and specially when there is an opportunity where you can run with the GIRLS! Well i'll be walking since even a slow run hurts. Nice way to bond with the wifey too.

Anton, saw the new tri suit design Josh made. Still not happy with it. If you can come here and check it, ithink that would speed up things but if you ask me, the first design we made was better.

Any news on your meeting with Annie? Keep on training guys!
