June 28, triathlon-your-own day! Let's do a triathlon distance of your own feel! No bouys, no bike racks, no awards, no marshals... just a simple triathlon... a simple gathering.

Nyor, coach b, ralph, triaabz and I are game for this! Anybody else? Triathlon will start at 6am, so please be there earlier.

Let's do this at Bachao, Catmon. Mag BYOP (bring your own pakals) ta! Let's chip-in for the cottage.

Camsur bound pips are aiming for longer distance so this special event will last until noon time.

Olryts see you guys in Bachao!

Make sure to practice your nutrition strategy also.   Kung unsa inyo nutrition plan for CamSur,  use it for this long training session too.

Hi all! Just a slight change of venue. Yan-yan Cabahug offered a free venue very near Huna-huna beach resort. He has secured it already. Thanks yan!!!

Location is about 200meters away "before" Huna-huna beach resort.

Landmark other than Huna-huna? Twenty to thirty meters before you see "Welcome to Catmon" signage, you'll see a volleyball court on your right with hi-breed goats within the area, there is a small road going down to the beach house.

See you there!

Yanyan, elmo, nyor & family, joekax, triaabz, coach b, and i were there yesterday! Elmo's friends were there too to join the bike leg.

We started around 8am. We did about an hour of swimming and 60km bike. The run? Not sure how long but we were running more than an hour around 12noon!

Thanks to coach b for putting up the aid station beside the road supplying us with cold water, banana, & sponge! We could have melted so fast without it! It felt like we were doing a 70.3!  Grin

We ate lunch at yanyan's place. Lami-ah sa paksiw in triaabz oi! Ga bring home gud ko!

We should do this again! Perting lingawa!!!
