Salamat mga bro!

@ Joecax - Arland is the founder of the Filipino-American Tri club, but we are also members of the Jersey Shore Tri Club which he is not a member.

@ Chono - we didn't get to talk to Natascha, but I think she has recovered from her injury.   She placed 2nd overall and she had the fastest women's bike split avg. 24.5 mph / 39kph.   I think she should be on for the World Championship in Kona, she was there last year.   Didn't get to ask Terenzzo if he is going to do CamSur, we were so start struck I could hardly speak.   Especially with Desiree Ficker I was speechless hahaha...

I was one wave ahead of Lence but then he caught me with 200 meters to go, so he decided to just cross the line together. So he is actually 9 minutes ahead of me.
Last year we started @ the same wave and we cross the finish line side by side too.   Lence caught me @ the run turn around and we ran/walk the last 6 miles together.

Here are my splits

Swim - 33:01
Bike - 3:11:51   (we battled headwinds of over 50mph/80kph)
Run/walk - 2:53:53
Overall - 6:48:06

Race Report to follow  Roll Eyes

Congrats once again guys! For me, your times are solid! My goal for camsur is 6.5 to 7hours. Hina-ot pa unta wala ga dako akong huna huna. Hehehe.

Seeing you guys finish together reminds me of my brother. We used to do triathlons before but we never crossed the line together. That's because his training is more into eating Grin He's out of shape now and based somewhere else in PH.

Noy - as much as we would love to race Camsur, it is just not possible this year.   However we are also racing a 70.3 the same day @ New Hampshire.....

Maybe 2012 we will plan to come home and race.

Good Luck
