  Nyor, remember that our fitness level is not always that high
  everyday... the result of every race depends on the mental and the
  physical condition that we have for the day... dili baya ta professional athlete
  who trains everyday...we also have our work and family to attend to... so lets enjoy
  every race that comes our way  Wink Wink Wink

my last ITT time was decent enough...enough to make the podium

you're right nyor, i was even surprised i beat some guys who train everyday...hehehe
