10 am should be okay, that's if the triathlon started exactly at 8am as planned. hoipefully danao is neare, so maka start unta tag on time.

930am last finisher of triathlon (+1.5hrs)
10am start duathlon
1130am last finisher of duathlon(+1.5hrs)
1130am-12noon - finalizing paperworks for the winners
12noon awarding

I've noticed people who won were not already there pag awarding.
Gipang proxy nalang ang oban. Nindot man gyod nang ang actual winners naa sa pix.

I think we need to do some more adjustments.

We can start duathlon earlier siguro.

What if idongan nalang kaha nato ang start time sa triathlon og duathlon nya maybe adjust nato start time maybe to 9am something. Pidi na siguro. Ako ni i-open up sa next meeting but we need more inputs para ma further adjust nato.
