ako, i always vomit & stop during swim legs... Shocked

i can only recall i single tri race that i did not vomit nor stop, it was during the Alegre leg las july 6..... Grin

slowly but surely bai rap..here are my saving tips for u..

-cut down on eating at fastfoods w/c are expensive.
-cut down on going to movies
-cut down n internet gaming (but not logging in to CC & TriCom ha!)
-dnt spend more than your daily allowance! hehehehehe
