Three local triathlons in a row
• 1st Talisay Triathlon on Mar.25 (1km Swim - 30km Bike - 7.5km Run)
• NAGT Cebu on Apr.1 (1km Swim - 30km Bike - 7.5km Run)
• Summit Triathlon Leg 3 on Apr.8 (1.5km Swim - 40km Bike - 10km Run).

Race all you can or skipping some?
If skipping which are you skipping?

As for me, race all you can! This will be my training for 70.3 IM PH Cebu. Although its not scientific approach, it works for me.  Grin

As always, I will race for fun... that's the best part!

whats nice with racing to train for your A-race is that it breaks down your training and avoids burnout.. so lets race every single one of these races..
