Let's keep this forum roll'n guys!

What are your suggestions/critics to keep our discussions interesting and get more pips participating?

I understand our community is not as big and triathlon in Cebu seems to be at its infancy stage since it jump started in 2009. Triathlon in Cebu is now starting to grow more than ever since 70.3 Ironman Philippines is now in Cebu starting this year. Hope everyone can thrown in more topics, replies and interaction. It won't happen overnight but I'm optimistic that someday our forum will be overflowing with interaction.

Whether you are from cebu or not, everybody and anybody is welcome to participate! This is an open forum.

Thanks and let's keep our community grow'n!

Yes active topics is doable. Will look for a mod and install it.

Yes new logo is good! Been thinking about that too. Its about time to update. Goal color theme is cyan, white & black. Any logo design contribution is very much appreciated =) You may post it here or send to me privately.

I can help with group rides. I'll post whenever i have a schedule. If its alright, I would like to ask everybody for the same. Let's share our rides together. I am looking in to a possibility if there are group rides organized by cebucycling.com community. Maybe we can join forces to make rides more regular.

Calling on idol rap, maybe you can help sa swimming.

If were really planning to have this site be a visitor friendly site, then we will have to speak in English. It would be hard for the the others that aren't from the Visayas region to understand what is going on or what is being discussed if we keep the discussions within our very own language. I noticed in SBR forums that there is a link for the hot topics on the most bottom part of the forum, I think that will help too..

BUT, if we really want a shout out! LETS ALL WEAR SUGBUTRIATHLON SHIRTS in this years Ironman.. and i mean ALL!!!!

we can print or use the old one, id say well print, lets have a sponsor, order from island souvenirs...

TRIATHLETES (heart) SUGBUTRIATHLON.com

common now, simple white shirts, all cebuanos in uniform! even the non-participants can order, since the race will be in Cebu, for sure your significant others will come to watch, make them wear too!!! . its as simple as that!

I would definitely incorporate a SUGBU hosted training event.. maybe one day out of the week..

I hold one here in Houston... it's known as the "Thursday Night Brick"

from newbies to elite guys & gals come out to get a social/light brick workout in
sometimes its a 12-15bike/3mirun.. or 1run 10-12bike 2run.. or 3bike 1run 3bike 1run 3bike 1run

transition area & rack is provided along with hydration & recovery protein drinks "muscle milk"

you can get guys out there & educate the first timers on how transitions work first hand

also helps build team camaraderie
just an idea!!!
