Mark your calendar guys! Bayawan Duathlon on Februry 21, 2009 (Saturday). Run 5km/Bike 20km/Run 5km all in pavement road. As of now that's the only details we know here in Dumaguete. FYI, Bayawan is a 100km down south of Dumaguete.

bai rj, if mag-landtrip mo going here to Dumaguete, that means sakay mo sa South Bus Terminal going to Liloa-an then Fastcraft to Sibulan, mga P200 more or less ang ma-plete. Then pwede mo mag-bike from Sibulan to Ceres bus terminal sa Dumaguete mga 8km. If mag-boat lang mo direct to Dumaguete mga P300+ then you can bike to the bus terminal mga 2km. Then sa Ceres bus from Dumaguete to Bayawan is P100 one way. As of now I have no idea about the rates of the hotels but 2 years ago nag check-in lang mi ug Bed Space mga P75 overnight. Not comfortable but if tight ang budget OK nalang! he! he!

Okra nang racing without training bro. Your not alone. Hilig sad ko ana, mao nang top 3 ko sa last place sa january na pipti-pipti tri.
