mao jud.  iya ra jud kaugalingon ang iyang gilimbongan.

imagine gabayad ta PHP 500 for a 1.5k swim, 40k bike and 10k run.  if 20k ra atong gi-bike or 5k ra atong gi-run, kinsa man ron ang alkanse? tsk tsk gyud... :-(

In my opinion, oki ra kapyot bouys. Basin dili strong swimmer.
Anyways dili bitaw sad national level ang event.
Nothing really to be serious kaayo.

i heard naa pud daw nikapyot lang sa buoy lines during the triathlon race?

wala ra tingali na problem. (taken from section 9.6 ironman 70.3 rules)

i agree with chono......... it's not national level........

on the other hand..........

angayan ta ma lo-uy nila kai pasabut......... murag kulang pa ang training............. or ang self-esteem........

kai na kaya man gani niya e-cheat ang self............ kamo naba.................
