we had an assessment last night............ it was great.......... we did tackle everything na inyo sulti..............

fortunately ...... ako rate was 9 out of 10.......... and the average was 6.5.............. na ulaw ko kai ako na ning rate ug dako.............

na mentioned ang concern ni mindanao boy................. the core group was really very appreciative of all your concerns.............

it can help us for the ............ next big event............. which is the december duathlon............


................. this time................ since,  we knew our weaknesses ............ then........ there will be no room for errors ......

..........joecax rate naga 4 out of 10........... coz he's got higher standard......... he want it almost perfect..........

watch out....... the core group has got so many plans......... like team building......... training...... etc.....

so........ seat back ........... relax......... coz tomorrow is coach benjo's birthday..........
